"Form to Notion" is a Google Form add-on offered by our parent company, Micro.company. This is one among the many Services provided by Micro.company. The add-on allows you to use a Google Form inside Notion.so and store response data inside Notion Tables.

Therefore by using our add-on, you accept and agree to be bound by the Google Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, Notion’s Terms and Privacy, as well as the Terms of Micro.company and Privacy Policy of Micro.company.

Data and Policy

Our add-on is authenticated using your Google account and we only store the minimum personal information, i.e, your email address on our servers. The form you create and the response data collected are stored on Google servers.

If you use our feature to push the data from Google Form to a Notion table, then we also store your Notion account information with us. The response data will be saved in Notion tables, selected by you, which inturn are stored on Notion’s servers.

• Your data in Google Form or Notion cannot be accessed by a human, unless you share the Form or Notion table with them.
• Your account information is stored securely on our servers. We don’t sell your data for market research or advertising purposes.
• Your account information shall not be shared or transferred with third parties, unless we are required to do so by law or as a part of an acquisition, merger or sale of assets.
• If you become a paid user of our Service, your billing information and card data will be stored with our payment providers such as Stripe or Paypal. No human will have access to your card details.

We may use your email address to establish communications and send you updates about our Service. You can stop using our service at any time by uninstalling the add-on from Google Workspace Marketplace. If you wish to delete your data completely, please get in touch with us.

Changes to Policy

This Privacy Policy document is exclusive to “Form to Notion” add-on. We change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent.
